The yarn can be produced in thin sheets that are cut into strips or extruded through molds to produce fibers with a round or oval cross-section. The extruded yarn feel and act more like biological grass.

Primary backing
A. Multiple wool fabric: wearable, antiseptic, good adhesive force for grass yarn and latex.
B. Multiple wool fabric with grid: make turf backing much stronger and good bonding force for turf yarn.
Latex:
A. butadiene-styrene: this type of latex is adopted by china product nowadays, BSF latex from German is best
B. polyurethane: good strength and bonding force, look beautiful, erosion or mildewed never happened, but expensive on cost.
