The base:
It is better that put the sport Artificial Grass carpet directly onto the hard sub surface, such as asphalt, concrete. The sub-surface should be constructed to a slight fall of 0.5% to assist drainage. It should no seeper within half an hour after raining.
Before installation:
1. Keep sub surface smooth and clean, no crack.
2. Find the centre point of the whole field and make the mark line as per the sport field plan drawing.
Installation:
1. roll out each piece of Artificial Grass carpet on their suitable position and leave them on the sub-surface for one day for their natural extension. Each piece of grass carpet should keep the grass yarn for one direction.
2. cut the grass when installing the white grass to make the later joint exactly.
3. join each priece of Artificial Grass carpet by joint tape with adhesive. And step the joint by foot or wooden hammer to keep the joint strong.
4. infill sand into the grass yarn evenly by machine or spade. 5. comb the grass by machine or hard broom so as to the sand infilled evenly. 6. infill rubber into the grass yarn evenly by machine or spade. 7. comb the grass by machine or hard broom so as to the rubber infilled evenly. 8. clean up the mess caused by installation.
