After-sales Service Guaranty
We welcome for your purchasing of our sand/rubber filled sport Artificial Grass, here, we guaranty -
1. To provide customers the correct Artificial Grass carpet, such as tufts/sqm, pile height, yarn material, and etc., as per the requirement on the signed sales contract.
2. If distinct fading or large area being off from the carpet occurred due to our product quality among the period of five-year warranty from the date of contract signature, we replace the equal area of new turf for the buyer for free.
3. If the frequent using area replacing needed in the period of three-year from the date of contract signature, we only collect the cost of the turf.
4. We provide maintaining advice for reference if the carpet damaging area caused by improper installation or usage.
The above guarantee shouldn’t be applied if the damaging area caused by:
ü Incorrect installation;
ü Burning, cutting, force majeure, destroying on purpose, ill-use, negligent behavior, and etc.
ü The disqualification of the field base, such as concrete, cement, asphalt, or sand, and etc.
ü Using improper shoes or equipment, and etc.
ü Cleanser, weedicide, pesticide, or other chemical product.
ü Improper cleaning, maintaining, and etc.
The normal wear of the carpet by use depends on the using frequencies and local climate condition, and it doesn’t belong to production defect.
We do not bear the test/ inspection/ consultation expense and charges from the buyer or other people/ company/ organization.
The written description, the carpet production date, installation date, installation company name, a piece of carpet sample, and more than 3 pictures which can display the condition should be provided if the customer want to claim for the compensation due to our product quality within the warranty period.
